Job Description

This newly created role with an Irish top 10 firm offers access to a broad client base of Irish and international institutions, public and private companies and high net worth individuals.

You will advise on a range of deals such as:

• Management buy-out financings
• Property financings
• Debt capital markets transactions
• Syndicated loans
• Loan portfolio sales

You will be given the opportunity to develop as a solicitor and a leader within the department and given scope to take on greater autonomy and ownership of transactions as you progress within the firm.
