Banking Solicitor 2-4 PQE – Career Role

The ideal candidate will have the capacity to work with autonomy and be capable of providing guidance and support to juniors within the department.

You will have an excellent technical background within corporate banking and have had exposure to some or all of the following:

* syndicated and bilateral lending transactions
* secured and unsecured facilities
* priorities and intercreditor arrangements
* property finance
* development finance
* acquisition and leveraged finance
* asset finance
* restructure of financing

This role will ideally suit an ambitious solicitor with at least 1 years’ experience in a corporate banking department. As the most senior non partner within the team, you will have a clear understanding from the outset as to what career progression is available to you.

Furthermore you will be given support and guidance so that you can assist with the growth of the banking department and development of your career.

You will be a good technical lawyer who has advised a variety of lenders and also borrowers and built up a positive reputation with relevant contacts throughout the market.

Remuneration is competitive and tied to experience.
