Job Description
Funds Solicitor – Newly Qualified
My clients investment funds department offers a structured and balanced environment for fee earners to ensure that high quality advisory work is delivered without the usual pressures of working as a funds lawyer.
They advise a top drawer collection of domestic and international financial institutions, asset managers, brokers and fund advisor’s.
This well established team advise on the following:
- Establishment of all types of Irish fund structures across a broad range of investment strategies.
- Advising on complex UCITS funds
- Advising on Irish-domiciled ETFs
- Advising on Alternative Investment fund manager and UCITS management company authorisations
- Advising on managed account platforms
- Advising on re-domicilation of international funds and fund mergers
- Advising on private equity and real property funds
- Providing support to clients on all regulatory requirements applicable
- Advising on corporate governance and compliance issues
Role Qualifications
My client are happy to consider any funds solicitors with experience over 5 years.
You will have exposure within the funds department of a firm with a dedicated funds department or have multiple years exposure advising within the in-house funds industry.
