DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR 2PQE | TOP TIER FIRM

My client is enjoying a period of continued growth and seeks to supplement their service offering at an expereinced level with a further hire into their well-regarded litigation department

Role

The appointee will advise a range of banks, Insurers, public bodies and private institutions and other entities predominantly in the areas of:

• Professional negligence
• Financial Services Litigation
• Regulatory Investigations
• Product liability
• General Commercial Litigation

The ideal candidate will be capable of expanding their advisory remit to more general commercial litigation matters from time to time.

Profile

You will be an experienced solicitor and ideally have built up good exposure to a variety of matters and have at least one or ideally 2 years experience.

You will possess strong analytical skills, good organisational skills and demonstrated interpersonal and client management skills.
